Online Bidder Specialist (Evening Shift)

Job Description:

Digital Auxilius Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic individual for the role of Online Bidding Specialist. An ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring projects related to branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and other relevant areas on Upwork and other online portals. The role will involve strategically bidding on projects, tailoring proposals to client needs, and collaborating with teams to maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on projects in branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and related areas on Upwork and other online portals
• Strategically utilize Upwork to highlight expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and website design when bidding on projects
• Tailor bids and proposals to match client needs, showcasing our company's unique services and industry-leading strategies
• Collaborate with teams to align bids with business objectives and foster positive client relationships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine bidding strategies and stay ahead of the competition
• Create persuasive bids tailored to clients' needs, maximizing win rates and project success
• Maintain detailed records of sourcing activities, negotiations, and bid performance metrics to inform future bidding strategies

Requirements:

• Candidate with minimum 6 month or 1 years of experience solely working in the same capacity will be preferred
• Proficiency in online bidding platforms, especially Upwork, with a proven track record of acquiring business for digital marketing agencies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate company services effectively
• Experience in branding, designing, illustration, or related fields is preferred
