Our client Coalescence Solutions is looking for a Operations Coordinator & Digital Marketing Specialist in Karachi

We are looking to hire an Operations Coordinator for a hands-on role involving office operations, software team coordination, field follow-ups, executive assistance, and digital business support. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, savvy, digitally capable, and able to get things done with minimum follow-up.

Location: Karachi

Job Type: Full-time, onsite

Salary: PKR 100,000 per month

Petrol Allowance: 40 litres per month.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekend: Friday and alternate Saturday off

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office operations and staff matters
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and office conduct
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, candidates, customers, and management
• Handle office supplies, purchases, repairs, follow-ups, and market visits
• Assist with candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain basic office records, expense logs, attendance records, and reports
• Handle confidential administrative and executive coordination tasks
• Follow up on assigned matters until completion
• Support customer service and online inquiry handling when required
• Manage digital content, listings, SEO, and digital business tasks
• Handle occasional urgent tasks outside standard hours when required

Digital Skills

• Software development background
• Website content management experience
• WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS, or similar admin panel experience preferred
• Basic to intermediate SEO understanding
• On-page SEO knowledge including content formatting
• Ability to upload, edit, and manage pages, blogs, service pages, and listings
• Basic keyword research and competitor research
• Google Search Console and Google Analytics exposure preferred
• Ability to coordinate with developers, designers, SEO resources, and content writers
• Social media and online business coordination experience preferred
