Job Description

At Datum Labs, we build modern data and AI solutions that help organizations make better decisions. As our team grows, we are looking for an Operations Manager who will take ownership of internal operations, process improvement, team coordination, and organizational effectiveness.

This role is responsible for ensuring the company runs efficiently, teams remain aligned, and operational systems scale with growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence
    • Design, implement, and improve operational processes across the company.
    • Create systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility.
    • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
  • Team & Resource Coordination
    • Work with project managers and team leads to ensure effective resource allocation.
    • Monitor team utilization and workload planning.
    • Support capacity planning and hiring forecasts.
  • Performance & Accountability
    • Manage company-wide KPI tracking and reporting.
    • Coordinate quarterly performance review cycles.
    • Monitor operational health and provide recommendations to leadership.
    • Drive accountability through structured follow-ups and reporting.
  • Hiring & Onboarding Operations
    • Coordinate recruitment workflows and hiring processes.
    • Own onboarding and offboarding operations.
    • Improve employee onboarding experiences and documentation.
  • Process Documentation & Systems
    • Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and operational documentation.
    • Ensure company knowledge is documented and accessible.
    • Maintain operational systems such as ClickUp, Notion, and internal workflows.
  • Leadership Support
    • Provide operational insights and recommendations to founders.
    • Support strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.
    • Lead internal projects that improve business performance.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–8 years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience building and improving business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with project management and operational tools.



Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a software, technology, consulting, or services company.
  • Familiarity with delivery management and resource planning.
  • Experience implementing KPIs, OKRs, or performance management frameworks.
  • Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-related businesses.
