Palmpay Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join its expanding CashLoan Local Operations Team based in Lahore, Pakistan. This role focuses on driving marketing, promotion, and compliance-aligned operations within the fintech sector. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cashloan, microcredit, or consumer finance industries and brings 4 to 6 years of progressive experience. Working onsite from Monday to Saturday, the Operations Supervisor plays a key role in channel promotion for new customer acquisition, overseeing compliance activities, and applying data-driven approaches to optimize operational performance.

, the Operations Supervisor is expected to collaborate closely with various functions to implement proven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in loan processing, compliance management, risk assessment, and credit analysis, along with proficiency in operational reporting and regulatory knowledge. Experience within NBFC frontline operations and fintech environments is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational activities related to loan processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and manage compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal guidelines to minimize operational risk.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and credit analysis to support decision-making processes and safeguard loan portfolios.
• Develop, implement, and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee channel promotions aimed at increasing new customer acquisition and expanding market presence.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align operational strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting cashloan and consumer finance operations, ensuring rapid adaptation.
• Support compliance oversight by performing regular operational audits and corrective action follow-ups.
• Coordinate with frontline teams to ensure smooth execution of daily business activities and adherence to service standards.
