Configuration for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Comp, Self services, Performance, Learning, RecruitmentDefine and manage security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
Perform data migration and conversions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect resolution.
Work on HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST APIs, OIC.
- Manage data migration and loading using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader
