Role:OTC Lead Skill: Finance and Accounting,OTC Experience: 8 years to 12 years Job Location: Hydrabad Shift-Night Shift Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree, CPA, CA, CMA or specialized P2P certification is highly advantageous


Must Have Skills:

O2C Delivery Management, SLAs and KPIs, Team Management, Resource Planning, Customer Management ORACLE ERP, US GAAP, IFRS Service Delivery & SLA Management Team Leadership & Talent Management Client & Stakeholder Management Strategic Billing, Cash App & Credit Control Oracle ERP Ownership & Financial Governance


Good-to-Have Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree in Finance , CA, CPA, CMA or professional credit management certification (e.g., CCE, CICM) is highly preferred.

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience within Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Accounts Receivable operations, with at least 2–3 years in a clear leadership or supervisory capacity.

• ERP Expertise: Deep, advanced hands-on utilization of Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite) within an enterprise environment.

• Core Competencies: Proven mastery of Service Delivery Management, SLA/KPI governance, and Customer Relationship Management in a shared services or matrixed corporate structure.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of billing, cash application, and credit control functions while driving operational excellence through a high-performing team With 7+ years of progressive financial experience, you will act as the operational anchor for service delivery, managing performance against strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), cultivating executive customer relationships, and optimizing Oracle ERP workflows to maximize cash flow and minimize corporate credit risk
