Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (local and U.S. payrolls).
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and benefits.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and U.S. payroll laws (federal and state where applicable).
Handle payroll tax filings, statutory deductions, and reporting requirements.
Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
Maintain payroll records, documentation, and audit trails.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll inputs and compliance matters.
Ensure timely salary disbursements and respond to employee payroll-related queries.
Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll.
Education, Experience, Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
3–5+ years of dedicated payroll experience handling end-to-end payroll.
Strong knowledge of local payroll laws and U.S. payroll regulations.
Experience with payroll systems, preferably ResourceInn or Deel.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and deadlines independently.

Location: The Enterprise Building, Multan Road, Lahore
Timing: 8pm to 5am
