Job Description

As the People Exectuive at IO Digital, Karachi, you will play a key role in shaping and executing people strategies that drive organizational success. You will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee growth and engagement. This role requires a strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities to effectively manage HR recruitment, employee relations, and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilties

  • Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
  • Track candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Assist in conduct orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and benefits.
  • Assist in planning and implementation of activities and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in manage attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation efficiently.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address queries and concerns.
  • Continuously evaluate HR processes for efficiency and employee experience enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Aqequate knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
