About the Role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
- Responsible for recruitment and selection process as per organizational policy i.e. such as Job Advertisement, resume Shortlisting, Scheduling and Interviewing of candidates, verification of employees’ documentation, hire approval, offer letter and appointment letter.
- Assist the Line Manager in recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct recruitment drive for Emergency Medical Associates / Emergency Medical Technicians / Advance.
- Onboarding of new employees including performing their orientation and Joining Formalities.
- To monitor probationary period process till confirmation / Extension or termination of the employee.
- Creating and maintaining employees' Electronic - and Hard Files.
- Induction of new employees in HRIS, including complete details of spouse, children & Bank Account details.
- Digitalization and Hard copies of employee personal file and HR records (Audit, Files, Policies and Procedures).
- Provide support to required changes in payroll.
- Guide employees on People & Culture policies and procedures of the organization.
- Offer assistance and provide details regarding programs and services such as employee support in terms of managing work/life related problems.
- HR Services: To be the first point of contact for employees for resolving any HR Services related issue such as leave procedure and employee concerns.
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Management: To ensure all relevant documents are updated and controlled by QA.
- To ensure that employees personal files are maintained as per the ISO & Internal/ External audit requirements.
- Update records on the basis of audit findings & share updated/ amended records with QA.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferably in human resources management.
- Training / Courses: Preferred HR Services and Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office, people handling skills.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Good computer skills (MS Office), HRIS, ISO9001-2015 Understanding.
- Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills, Ability to manage people from other teams, Good written and spoken communication skills, Accuracy and attention to detail, Good computer skills, Respect for confidential information.
Preferred Skills
- Key Attributes: Should have patience and understanding, Ability to listen before offering advice, Good HR knowledge, Self-driven, strong sense of ownership.
Pay range and compensation package
Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 Years in progressively more responsible positions in HR.
