We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Performance Marketing Expert with proven experience in managing paid campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Remarketing) and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve ROAS and CPA.
  • Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative and web teams to improve landing page conversion rates.
  • Perform competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage campaign budgets while achieving lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and industry best practices.


Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and conversion attribution.
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools and campaign structure.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, quality score, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Educational & Experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 plus years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns


Important Note:

  • Candidates should demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with proven experience managing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Must be comfortable handling monthly ad budgets, making data-driven optimization decisions, and working closely with designers, developers, and account managers.
  • Experience with US-based clients is highly preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.


Location: Gulberg V, Lahore

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
