Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads Primary)

We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads Primary) — On-site, Lahore

Devnesty Creative Agency is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid media accounts.

What you'll own:

• Google Ads — Search, Display, PMax & Shopping campaign management across e-com and lead-gen accounts
• Meta Ads campaigns, including catalog/dynamic ads for e-com (secondary channel)
• Keyword research & competitor analysis
• Conversion tracking setup (GTM, GA4, Call Tracking)
• Campaign optimization & scaling — CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC
• Negative keyword & search term analysis
• Ad copy testing & optimization
• Budget management tied to performance
• Google Ads account audits & troubleshooting
• Client reporting & data analysis
• Landing page & CRO awareness — we want a full-funnel thinker, not just a media buyer

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
• Proven experience with both lead generation AND e-commerce campaigns (PMax/Google Shopping for e-com)
• Meta Ads experience required
• Comfortable working with tracking tools (GTM, GA4, CAPI)
• Experience handling multiple accounts/industries
• Background can be from lead-gen or pure e-com agencies — we care more about skill than which side you came from
• Bonus: familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for reporting or workflow automation

Night shift (EST hours — aligned with US clients)

PKR 100,000 – 150,000/month (based on experience)
