Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our overseas paid growth efforts. You will own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across major channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and RTA. This is not just a media buying role; you will build scalable growth systems, leverage AI-enabled workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive efficiency and rapid expansion.

You will own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across major channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and RTA. This is not just a media buying role; you will build scalable growth systems, leverage AI-enabled workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive efficiency and rapid expansion.
Job Responsibilities
- Own Paid Growth: Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns (setup, pacing, optimization, budget allocation) across Meta, Google, TikTok, and RTA.
- Drive Data Decisions: Analyze daily performance data to identify trends and risks, translating insights into immediate, high-impact actions.
- Optimize Efficiency: Continuously improve ROI through rigorous testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing page flows.
- Build Systems: Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams to enhance tracking accuracy, internal tooling, and automated reporting frameworks.
- Lead Innovation: Pioneer the use of AI tools to accelerate creative testing, insight generation, and campaign optimization.
- Scale Globally: Adapt strategies for different markets, languages, and regional nuances to support international expansion.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or Paid Media.
- Channel Expertise: Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and operations on Meta, Google, TikTok, and RTA. Candidates must demonstrate strategic and operational mastery of these specific platforms.
- Performance Ownership: Demonstrated history of owning campaigns with clear, measurable business outcomes (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV improvements).
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets to guide quick, accurate decisions. Must be comfortable with daily data analysis.
- Language: Fluent in English (Written and Verbal) is mandatory as it is the primary working language.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and a strong experimental mindset.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), or advanced marketing analytics platforms.
- AI Familiarity: Prior experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, AI-driven optimization methods, or generative AI tools in marketing operations.
- Education: Strong academic background (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related fields).
- Global Experience: Previous experience adapting campaigns for diverse international markets and languages.
