Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO in Lahore.

Job Location: Raiwind Office
Department: Administration
Timings: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM

Job Requirements
● Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments
● Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business analysis
● Handle all administrative/functional/operational/special assignments
● Analyze business data and provide insights for decision-making
● Track KPIs, action plans, and follow up on assigned tasks
● Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and monitor action items
● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of projects
● Handle emails, correspondence, and confidential documents
● Conduct market research and prepare business reports when required
● Arrange travel, meetings, and other executive requirements
● Perform any other tasks assigned by the CEO

Job Specification
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
● 2–5 years of experience in business analysis and executive support
● Strong analytical and reporting skills
● Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
● Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
