The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful proposals, understands platform algorithms, and knows how to effectively communicate value to clients.

– Responsibilities
- Identify suitable freelance projects on multiple platforms
- Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each client
- Communicate professionally with clients to clarify project requirements
- Track submitted proposals and follow up as needed
- Maintain records of bids, client interactions, and project outcomes
- Proven experience in bidding/winning projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or Guru
- Excellent written English and persuasive communication skills
- Strong understanding of platform rules, algorithms, and best practices
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Salary: 25,000 to 90,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
- Remote position, flexible hours, full-time commitment preferred
