Our client Work Together is hiring a Pharmacy operations manager in Islamabad.

Job Overview:

A Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operations of a pharmacy to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with regulations. This role involves overseeing staff, maintaining budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The manager should have a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical practices and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to enhance pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Manage and coordinate pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to ensure availability of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and management to develop and implement new processes and services.
- Ensure the pharmacy meets quality assurance and safety standards in accordance with regulations.
- Analyze and report on pharmacy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to pharmacy operations.
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure accurate documentation is upheld.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in pharmacy operations management.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy law, professional ethics, and standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on customer service and quality improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- State licensure as a pharmacist is preferred.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience is required.

Advantages:

Working Conditions:
