Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or relevant discipline

Software Skills: AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks etc



Must Have Experience

Handling large scale corporate/ residential /commercial projects.



Job Description

Drafting & Design:

  • Develop detailed PHE and fire protection drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
  • Prepare layouts for plumbing, drainage, rainwater harvesting, firefighting, and gas supply systems.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant local and international codes (e.g., NFPA, NBC, IPC).
  • Create coordinated MEP drawings, integrating PHE/fire systems with HVAC and electrical services.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with MEP engineers to interpret and translate design concepts into working drawings.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines for seamless integration of services.

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Review and revise drawings based on engineer feedback, client requirements, and site conditions.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all drafting work.
  • Maintain organized drawing documentation for easy reference and revisions.
