Portfolio Manager

Blenheim Advisory is a UK chartered accountancy firm executing a buy-and-build acquisition strategy. The Pakistan operation is central to that growth. This is not a back-office support function. It is the delivery engine of the firm.

The Portfolio Manager role sits at the heart of that engine. You will own a portfolio of high-value UK-based clients directly, run client relationships, chair review meetings, and be the primary point of accountability for your client book. This is a senior, client-facing role with a defined path to growth as the firm acquires new practices.

What You Will Do

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of UK-based clients across hospitality, property, manufacturing, and professional services
• Serve as the primary client relationship holder for your portfolio
• Review accounts, VAT, corporation tax, and self-assessment work prepared by the Pakistan team
• Chair client meetings and present financial information with clarity and confidence
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full Blenheim Advisory service range
• Spot compliance risks early and escalate with a proposed solution
• Hold the accounts team accountable to deadlines and quality standards within your portfolio
• Report portfolio performance and pipeline position to the Director of Operations weekly
• Contribute to building the systems, workflows, and standards the firm needs to scale
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4 to 6 years of UK accountancy experience, in the UK or in a Pakistan firm servicing UK clients
• Strong working knowledge of UK accounts preparation, VAT, corporation tax, and self-assessment
• Confident communicator in English, spoken and written, to a client-facing standard
• Experience managing or reviewing the work of junior or semi-senior staff
• ACCA qualified or finalist preferred; strong experience without full qualification will be considered
• QuickBooks Online and IRIS experience is an advantage

CAREER TRAJECTORY

Blenheim Advisory's acquisition pipeline means new client books will be added to the Pakistan operation on a rolling basis. Each acquisition creates a need for additional Portfolio Manager capacity. Strong performers in this role are the natural candidates for Senior Portfolio Manager and, over time, Head of Portfolio as the team scales.

This is a foundation role in a firm that is actively growing, not a ceiling role in one that is standing still.
