Preschool Head

The Branch Head is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the school, ensuring excellence in both academics and operations. The role involves overseeing teaching and learning, staff performance, student welfare, admissions, administration, and day-to-day campus operations while maintaining high educational standards and a safe, positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and oversee academic excellence and curriculum implementation. -Manage daily school operations, administration, and campus facilities. -Supervise, mentor and evaluate teaching and administrative staff. -Monitor student performance, discipline, and wellbeing. -Build strong relationships with parents and address concerns effectively. -Support admissions, student retention and school growth initiatives. -Ensure compliance with school policies, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards. -Manage budgets, resources and overall campus performance.
