Role:

We are looking for an AI-native Product Builder to help shape and grow one or more strategic platforms, including:

• A low-code workflow automation and orchestration platform
• An AI-powered Quality Engineering and agentic testing platform

Responsibilities:

• Discover customer problems and validate opportunities
• Shape product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and execution
• Work directly with engineering, AI, design, sales, and leadership teams
• Create prototypes, demos, narratives, and go-to-market strategies
• Drive adoption, customer feedback loops, and product-market fit
• Turn AI capabilities into commercially valuable products
• Move quickly from insight to experiment, decision, and execution

AI should be central to how you work.

You should already be using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Replit, Codex, MCPs, agents, and automation frameworks to:

• Research markets and competitors
• Analyze customer feedback and product data
• Create PRDs, roadmaps, and product documentation
• Build prototypes and validate ideas
• Generate insights and identify opportunities
• Automate repetitive work and accelerate execution

We are looking for someone who treats AI as a teammate, not just a feature.

• Clear product direction and prioritization
• Strong customer engagement and feedback loops
• Faster experimentation and better decision-making
• Growing product adoption and commercial traction
• AI embedded throughout the product lifecycle
• Tangible progress from idea to validated product capability

• Experience with SaaS, workflow automation, BPM, testing, developer tools, or AI platforms
• Built side projects, startups, open-source projects, or AI agents
• Strong technical background
• Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, ownership, and bias for action
