About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you'll create intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers from concept through launch.

You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy, translating user needs into elegant design solutions, and ensuring exceptional user experiences through every stage of the design process.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements.
• Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to final implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product insights, and data.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and design consistency.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern design practices.

What you bring to the table

• 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects across web and/or mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience designing responsive, accessible, and user-centered digital products.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
