Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) who can translate complex business problems into simple, intuitive, and scalable product experiences. The ideal candidate should understand user behavior, solve real customer problems, and design experiences that improve usability and business outcomes.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design and enhance 1Now AI’s SaaS platform, from understanding user needs to creating and shipping impactful product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for 1Now AI’s web and SaaS platform.
  

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design practices.
  

• Understand customer pain points and convert them into simple, effective product solutions.
  

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver user-friendly features.
  

• Improve existing product experiences through user feedback, research, and usability analysis.
  

• Design scalable components and maintain consistency across the product experience.
  

• Simplify complex workflows related to fleet management, bookings, automation, analytics, and AI-powered features.
  

• Use data, feedback, and business goals to make informed design decisions.
  
  
  
  

• 2 to 4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
  

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with SaaS products, web applications, or complex digital products.
  

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, interaction design, and information architecture.
  

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  

• Understanding of responsive design and modern web application patterns.
  

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
  

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  

• Experience working with AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity is a plus.
  

• Experience designing B2B SaaS products or AI-powered products is preferred.
