Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market research, user needs, and business goals.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation and concept development to launch and iteration, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development sprints, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Analyze product performance data, including A/B testing results, to identify areas for optimization and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Champion user-centric design principles, collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in product strategy, roadmap development, market research, user analysis, Agile methodologies, data analysis, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, leadership, UX/UI principles, project management, data visualization, A/B testing, and stakeholder management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
