Details

Ghazi Brothers, a leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan, is seeking energetic, experienced, and self-motivated individuals to join their Lahore office as Product Manager / Assistant Product Manager. The role focuses on managing veterinary pharmaceutical products, driving market competitiveness, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product management strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
• Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
• Strategize brand positioning, product assortment, marketing communication, and promotional practices.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure product success and guide future decisions.
• Develop customer engagement strategies to expand market presence.
• Participate in new product launches, coordinating with Regulatory, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and training to the product management team and relevant stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Qualification: DVM / MPhil in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or Animal Reproduction.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective marketing collateral.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with experience in developing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
