House of Habib is looking for an energetic and commercially driven Product Manager for Padel Pavilion, our premium sports and recreational facility located inside METRO, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad.
The position will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring and retaining both corporate and individual (B2C) clients. The ideal candidate will have strong business development, sales and relationship-management capabilities, along with a good understanding of the Faisalabad market.
A background in the sports, fitness, recreation or hospitality sector will be considered an advantage. Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales are also encouraged to apply due to the strong client-facing, networking and territory-development skills associated with the industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, approach and acquire corporate clients for memberships, tournaments, sports days, employee-engagement activities and wellness programmes.
- Build relationships with HR teams, corporate decision-makers, educational institutions, sports communities and other potential partners.
- Drive B2C sales by increasing individual memberships, court bookings, coaching enrolments and participation in leagues and tournaments.
- Design customised proposals and packages based on client requirements.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, events, digital channels and strategic partnerships.
- Plan and support corporate tournaments, inter-company leagues, family sports days and promotional events.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective clients.
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to develop campaigns, promotions and customer-engagement initiatives.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, conversions and revenue performance.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and business development reports for management.
- Support customer retention by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a positive client experience.
