Job Description
Analyze, identify market trends, customer needs, consumer needs and competitive products to drive product direction and strategy. Define the product vision, conceive new ideas, and align them with overall business objectives. Work with designers and engineers to build and test initial prototypes, refining features based on feedback.
Analyzes user data, pricing comparisons, and sales metrics to inform development decisions. Cultivate and maintain relationships with end users, IT partners (shop owner / retail & project), and principals. Seek opportunities for partnership level-ups, negotiations, and collaborations. Creating forecast, ordering products & inventory management. Sharing product knowledge / training product to sales team. Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with our product offerings. Develop and manage the marketing budget for the product division, ensuring efficient allocation, profitable growth and fiscal responsibility. Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, PR, and event coordination. Collaborate with the sales team to set pricing strategies and structures for the product portfolio.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).
- Having experienced min 3 years as a Product Specialist / Product Manager / Product Marketing / Product Development on all product for IT Distribution Hardware project and solutions is a must.
- Strong background in data & analyst (Ms. Excel min Pivot, HLookup, VLookup). Strong ability to interpret market data, cost structures, and consumer feedback to make data-driven product decisions.
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Ability to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin.
- Experienced in searching for goods/products in China.
- Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to business trip to outside jabodetabek for business trip (road show) or create project or open new market
