Game District is looking for an analytical and passionate Product Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of our mobile entertainment products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and document new product features, LiveOps events, and progression systems
Set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions
Analyze user behavior, product data, and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and monetization
Model and balance user journeys, behaviors, and monetization funnels using spreadsheets and mathematical simulations
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends in the mobile entertainment space
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Artists, User Acquisition, and QA teams to ensure features are delivered with quality and clear intent
Review user feedback from community channels, app store reviews, and Discord to identify actionable insights
Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and support the development of the product roadmap

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
2-3 years of relevant experience is welcome
Genuine passion for mobile entertainment products and curiosity about how they are built, balanced, and monetized
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and mathematical models
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Requirements

Familiarity with mobile F2P games and an understanding of their core loops, mechanics, and monetization systems
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic modeling
Understanding of A/B testing, statistics, or experimentation frameworks
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Educational background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field
Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro
