Production Manager - BBJ Pipe Industries (Pvt.) Limited

Our client BBJ Pipe Industries (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a Production Manager in Lahore.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations across steel production lines, ensuring efficient production planning, achievement of KPIs, and timely delivery of quality products. The role requires close coordination with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with API, ISO, safety, and environmental standards, while driving equipment reliability, process improvement, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will promote a strong safety culture, lead plant teams effectively, and deliver cost-efficient performance through optimized raw material utilization, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in steel manufacturing, pipe production, or heavy industrial operations, with proven exposure to plant operations and production management.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality standards, preventive maintenance, cost control, and compliance with API, ISO, HSE, and environmental regulations.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, team management, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
