Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packaging and filling operations to meet production plans and KPIs.
- Manage batch documentation, including preparation, checking, reconciliation and timely submission.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Coordinate resources and workforce allocation to meet planned workload.
- Lead line-level problem solving, report issues, and coordinate maintenance with engineering.
- Train and coach team members on standard operating procedures and safe work practices.
- Pharm-D is required for this role
- 2 -3 year of experience in production, packaging, or a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Ability to manage production documentation and reconcile batch records.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of quality systems such as deviation handling, change control and audit actions.
- Training or experience in EHS (environment, health and safety) risk assessment and LOTO (lockout/tagout).
- Strong coaching and people development skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience in basic problem-solving tools.
