We are seeking a proactive IT Coordinator to coordinate projects, track progress, manage task completion, prepare reports, and ensure effective communication between teams and management.
Responsibilities:
Location: NSTP H-12, Islamabad
Mode: Hybrid

Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily project activities across IT teams.
- Assign and track tasks based on project priorities.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Collect progress updates and prepare status reports.
- Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Resolve blockers and escalate risks when needed.
- Maintain project documentation and task trackers.
- Facilitate communication between teams and management.
- Organize meetings and follow up on action items.
- Improve project coordination and operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
- Basic understanding of software development and IT projects.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-up.
