About The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate project delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive projects successfully while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

Essential Functions

• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities to ensure timely delivery within defined scope, budget, and quality.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to track progress and manage dependencies.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies with timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, status reviews, and follow-ups, ensuring clear documentation of outcomes and action items.
• Ensure effective communication across stakeholders by providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively.
• Support resource coordination and planning to ensure optimal utilization of team members across project activities.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards and delivery of best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or related roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.
