Tecaudex is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our business growth efforts. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates interested in sales, client communication, and the technology industry.
You will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, client outreach, cold calling, and business development while working closely with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business opportunities and target clients.
- Assist with lead generation through LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms.
- Support the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company's services and qualify leads.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist in following up with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project handovers.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking over the phone and willingness to make outbound sales calls.
- Previous calling experience (sales, telemarketing, customer service, call center, or internship) is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn about B2B sales and business development.
- Basic understanding of digital services such as web development, mobile applications, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
- Experience using LinkedIn for networking or lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Internship, university project, or call center/customer support experience.
- Interest in the technology or software industry.
