Sudlows Consulting, A Kent Company is a global leader in data centre design, engineering, and critical infrastructure consulting. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of data centre projects across Pakistan, working closely with the Middle East and APAC management teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-impact projects and shape the growth of Sudlows’ regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data centre and MEP infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and quality assurance (QA) inspections.
• Oversee testing and commissioning phases to ensure project compliance and operational excellence.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
• Support business development by identifying and managing new project opportunities.
• Prepare technical responses, commercial clarifications, and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and motivate project engineers to foster team productivity and engagement.
• Maintain detailed project records and documentation for audits and client reporting.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in data centre infrastructure (power/cooling).
• Knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems design for data centres.
• Familiarity with Uptime Tiers and TIA 942-B standards (ATD certification preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with testing and commissioning of data centres.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CAD/Revit.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in technical documentation, proposal management, and contractor coordination.
