We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software projects. You'll be the bridge between our engineering teams and clients, ensuring clear communication, on-time delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Lead agile project delivery with bi-weekly sprints and retrospectives
- Manage client relationships, expectations, and communication
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and demo sessions
- Track project budgets and ensure on-budget delivery
- 5+ years of software project management experience
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Linear)
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
- Technical background with ability to understand software architecture
