Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing implementation or operations projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior client stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and order fulfilment.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain tools, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or ERP supply chain modules.
- Experience managing implementation or operations projects.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and resolving challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A software engineering background is not required.
- Plan and manage customer implementation projects, including scope, timelines, milestones, and go-live readiness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across operations, warehousing, logistics, IT, and management.
- Map client warehouse and logistics processes and translate them into clear requirements for the product team.
- Coordinate with clients and internal product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and post-go-live support.
- Track project risks, scope changes, and overall progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal leadership.
