Purpose

To design and execute employer branding, employee experience, and internal communication strategies that position the organization as an employer of choice, enhance employee engagement experience across the lifecycle, and strengthen internal and external brand perception through data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic partnerships.

Education (Mandatory)

Bachelors/Master’s degree/MBA ( HR / Marketing / Communications)

Years Of Experience

5–6 years of relevant experience (Employer Branding, Employee Experience, HR, Marketing, or Communications)

Functional Competencies

Area Of Responsibilities

• Work with external agency to design and execute employer branding campaigns/posts across external digital platforms through Marcom/ Agency
• Coordinate with universities/institutions to manage campus engagement initiatives and student connects at KE Premises
• Manage the campaigns of flagship programs and their end-to-end execution in collaboration with PBPs
• Manage people communication platform and design targeted communication campaigns/posts through agency
• Lead the tasks pertaining employee experience
