The opportunity

We are looking for an SAP PS Consultant with strong domain experience in Project Systems and integration knowledge across related SAP modules, including PM, MM, FI/CO, and other relevant areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Project System (PS) implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and EY methodologies.
• Conduct business process analysis for project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling, mapping requirements to SAP PS functionalities.
• Configure and customize SAP PS, including WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, settlement, and project reporting.
• Support integration of SAP PS with Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, Finance/Controlling, Procurement, and other SAP modules.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and prepare clear documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements or updates.
• Advise clients on SAP PS best practices for project execution, cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including integration with analytics, mobility solutions, and S/4HANA-enabled capabilities.
  
  

Key Profile Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of professional experience in SAP Digital Transformation and SAP Project System implementations.
• Minimum 3–4 full-cycle SAP PS projects, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, or large capital projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PS, including WBS, networks, cost planning, budgeting, settlement, project reporting, and integration scenarios.
• Familiarity with integration points across PM, MM, FI/CO, Procurement, and other SAP modules.
• Understanding of SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid implementation methodologies and the end-to-end program lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work in complex, multi-country environments.
