We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Python Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable backend applications, APIs, automation solutions, and data-driven systems. You should have strong problem-solving skills, write clean and efficient code, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to build high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
  • Design and build secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues.
  • Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
  • Work with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate repetitive business processes and workflows using Python.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to system architecture discussions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks and development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of professional Python development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
  • Experience with Docker is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of Redis, Celery, or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL.
  • Experience building automation scripts and web scraping tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
