Our client Techtiks Global PVT LTD. is hiring a Inbound Sales Specialist (Telecom) in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Promote and sell Internet, TV, and Phone services to US customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships by establishing rapport and understanding customer needs.
- Recommend the most suitable telecom solutions based on customer requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an Inbound US Telecom Campaign (Internet, TV & Phone).
- Previous experience working in a BPO/Call Center is mandatory.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell telecom products and services.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible with working hours and willing to work night shifts (US business hours).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
