Position Overview
We are hiring a QA Engineer to own comprehensive quality assurance across NOBL Travel and Flo Pilates. This role spans full-funnel testing (product discovery through post-purchase), quality assurance of all customer-facing paid ad messaging, copy QA for email and web, and end-to-end launch coordination. You will be the quality gate for all go-live initiatives, ensuring zero critical defects reach customers and all messaging is accurate, on-brand, and compliant. This is a high-impact role requiring meticulous attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and strong ownership mentality.
Key Responsibilities

Zero critical defects reaching production All launches meet sign-off gates on time 100% copy accuracy (no typos, mispriced offers, or misaligned messaging) Post-launch, <1% customer-reported defects related to QA scope All ad messaging compliant and aligned with landing pages Tracking/analytics pixels firing correctly on all campaigns

You will be the quality gate for all go-live initiatives, ensuring zero critical defects reach customers and all messaging is accurate, on-brand, and compliant. This is a high-impact role requiring meticulous attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and strong ownership mentality.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel QA & Testing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering the entire customer journey: product discovery, PDPs, bundles/offers, cart, checkout, payment, order confirmation, and post-purchase flows
- Test complex product logic including bundle offers, dynamic pricing, tiered discounts, promo code application, and cross-sell/upsell mechanics
- Validate checkout flows across payment gateways, verify tax/shipping calculations, and test fraud prevention integrations
- Perform end-to-end testing for both NOBL Travel (luggage) and Flo Pilates (reformer hardware + app subscription) product ecosystems
- Test across all devices, browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), and responsive breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Verify integrations with third-party apps (Klaviyo, Okendo, Loox/Trustpilot, GA4, Gorgias, etc.)
- Test email flows and automation (post-purchase, abandoned cart, review requests, retention campaigns, etc.)
- Own QA of all customer-facing paid ad creative: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other paid channels
- Review ad copy for accuracy, brand voice consistency, compliance (no false claims, disclaimers present), and legal adherence
- Verify landing page alignment with ad messaging (copy consistency, offer verification, CTAs match)
- Test ad links, tracking pixels, and conversion event firing (with analytics team)
- QA all promo codes, discount codes, and bundle offers featured in ads against actual store implementation
- Document ad performance issues and flag discrepancies with paid media team and copywriting team
- QA all email copy for grammar, spelling, brand tone, and compliance (promo terms, disclaimers, unsubscribe accuracy)
- Review website copy for accuracy, consistency across pages, and alignment with current promotions
- Test dynamic content in emails (personalization tokens, subject lines, fallback copy)
- Validate promo codes, discounts, and offer terms are accurately reflected in all customer-facing copy
- Own end-to-end QA for all product launches, theme updates, email flow changes, and major website updates
- Create and execute launch checklists; establish sign-off gates with dev, design, product, and marketing
- Coordinate with Dev, Design, email/Klaviyo, and other stakeholders on readiness
- Execute smoke tests and regression testing pre-launch; document all findings in a standardized format
- Manage go/no-go decision; escalate critical issues to leadership
- Post-launch monitoring: verify all systems working, no customer complaints, analytics firing correctly
- Document launch outcome, issues resolved, and lessons learned for future launches
- 3+ years of QA experience in e-commerce or DTC environments, with hands-on testing across full customer funnels
- Proven expertise in functional testing, regression testing, and test case documentation
- Deep familiarity with Shopify platforms, checkout flows, and common e-commerce integrations (payment gateways, shipping, tax)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch subtle copy errors, inconsistencies, and logic flaws
- Experience testing email platforms (Klaviyo, Klaviyo flows, dynamic content, personalization)
- Ability to test across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems without tools (manual testing focus)
- Experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and understanding of ad copy compliance
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixel validation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document issues clearly and work cross-functionally
- Project management skills; ability to own launch timelines and coordinate with multiple teams
- High ownership mentality; comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize ruthlessly
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, QTest, Zephyr) or bug tracking (JIRA, Linear)
- Basic SQL or ability to query databases for data validation
- Experience with automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) for regression suite building
- Familiarity with luxury or DTC consumer brands
- Experience with subscription/membership models or hardware + software ecosystems (relevant to Flo Pilates)
- CRO and A/B testing background

- Flo Pilates: Portable reformer hardware; app subscription model; bundled kits (Summer Transformation Kit, etc.); price testing and dynamic offers
- Both brands: Email flows, SMS campaigns, paid ads (Meta, Google), landing pages, post-purchase reviews, retention campaigns, international shipping/localization
