As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will become a part of our development team and will be collaborating with software development staff & hiring managers throughout multiple project life cycles. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full QA testing life cycle for small to mid-size projects that include execution of test cases to tracking and resolution of defects for changes.
• Develop, execute, and analyze manual test results.
• Design and write test plans and test cases for functional testing, regression testing and non-functional testing (e.g., usability, compatibility, accessibility, and others as needed).
• Understands client usage of the software to develop appropriate test cases and user acceptance criteria.
• Provide suggestions for improvement of QA efficiency.
• Assist in identifying test KPIs and participate with the development team to help determine the root cause.
• Keep up to date on the latest test software and frameworks.
• Perform all other related duties.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven working experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and bug reporting life cycle.
• Ability to understand, write and execute test cases.
• Thorough understanding of QA, QC, software QA methodologies, and tools.
• Working knowledge of different testing types & techniques: Regression, Functional, Non-Functional.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL queries.
• Knowledge of any programming language: JavaScript, Java, Python.
• Experience with API Testing using Postman is a plus.
• Experienced working within a team environment following Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education.
