Mypro Appz is seeking a talented React Native Developer based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Pakistan. This role will contribute to building world-class mobile applications across various domains including fintech, healthtech, and on-demand services. You'll collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and project managers to craft high-performance, scalable mobile experiences using React Native.

What You Will Do
- Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and ensure responsiveness, performance, and stability.
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect mobile interfaces.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries while maintaining clean, reusable code.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions to continuously improve team output and mobile product quality.
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in developing mobile apps using React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with native modules, push notifications, and third-party SDK integrations.
- Experience with native modules and custom plugin development.
- Familiarity with app deployment (App Store / Play Store).
- Exposure to agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- A good eye for design and a user-first mindset.
