Role:Record to Report Team Member Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTR Experience: 2 years to 8 years Job Location: Hyderabad Shift-Night Shift Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage


Must Have Skills: Book Closing Activites, Preparing Complex JE, BS reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting, Escheatment process, ORACLE ERP, Automation, Advance MS Excel IFRS Knowledge, Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Automation 2 to 8 Years’ experience in Finance & Accounting process Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting Experience in preparing BS Reconciliations Experience in preparing various month end activities like journals, (accrual, provisions, etc.), reporting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines



Good-to-Have Skills: Reconciliation & Balance Sheet Integrity Period Closing & Financial Reporting Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting Compliance, Tax & Escheatment Systems & Process Improvement


Job Responsibility

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior RTR Accountant with experience in general accounting and financial reporting. In this role, you will be a key driver of our global Record-to-Report function, managing complex accounting operations including month-end close, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting (IFRS 16/ASC 842), and specialized corporate compliance such as property tax and escheatment The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of internal controls, and advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial reporting
