Recruiter

Tekvaly is looking for an energetic, process-driven, and motivated Recruiter to join our growing Recruitment team. This is a full-time remote position.

As a Recruiter you will be collaborating with software development staff & Hiring managers with exposure to global talent market. If you a fresh graduate, someone with basic recruitment experience, or an HR professional looking for a fast-paced and exciting opportunity, this role is for you!

Note: Candidates must be graduated, those currently enrolled in a degree program will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Recruit resources based on specific technical and non-technical criteria.
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed), and company internal tools to identify IT talent and build a candidate pool.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team, including sourcing, pre-screening, conducting interviews, and referring qualified candidates to the team for the remaining steps of the recruitment and placement process.
• Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions.
• Develop surveys to measure recruiting effectiveness, candidate experience, and recruiter effectiveness.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails and candidate summaries.
• Create and post IT jobs on various internet sites and the internal website.
• Develop monthly reporting dashboards for management.
• Maintain the recruiting database, candidate files, interview guides, and recruiting folders.
• Provide exceptional experience and continuous touchpoints with qualified candidates.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of full life cycle recruitment and its key stages (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or any related people/operations functions will be preferred.
• Experience with utilzing LinkedIn for job posting, sourcing and outeach.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques including advanced search, and Boolean search, social media platforms and local job boards.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Ability to write and post job descriptions based on requirements.
• Strong time management and organization skills to meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Natural curiosity supporting the ability to learn about new technology, roles, and client markets/industry specialization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred.
