About the role:

We're looking for an ambitious Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You'll manage recruitment for international clients across various industries, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and delivering exceptional candidates.

This role is ideal for recruiters with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to grow their careers while earning USD-pegged uncapped commissions for every successful placement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for client vacancies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct screening and competency-based interviews.
  • Coordinate final interview scheduling with the senior recruiter.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS.
  • Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles.
  • Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Consistently meet recruitment KPIs and placement targets.

Who are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working hybrid in Karachi.
