About the Role: This role involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring needs across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Bulk Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring needs across various departments.
• Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking, to source high-quality candidates. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Interviews: Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the position. Coordinate and manage interview schedules.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure that recruitment strategies align with business objectives.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles, interview evaluations, and feedback.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
