Recruitment Intern - PostEx

Our client PostEx is hiring a Recruitment Intern in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the recruitment team with posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Assist with organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
- Support the team with administrative duties and recruitment-related projects.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Enthusiasm for learning about recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and tools.
