You will lead recruitment activities for Pakistan, working with hiring managers, HR Business partners and external suppliers. You will lead recruitment activities for Pakistan, working with hiring managers, HR Business partners and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities
- Coach, develop and manage recruiters and vendor/RPO relationships; provide people management and capacity planning.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and market maps for hard-to-fill and leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners and leadership to design role profiles and selection processes.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, assessment, selection, offer and onboarding.
- Use recruitment metrics and market insights (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience) and dashboards to improve outcomes.
- Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Act as a hands-on recruiter (sourcing, screening, closing candidates).
- Manage relationships with external vendors, search firms and agencies to deliver cost‑effective results.
- Support project-based initiatives related to recruitment (sourcing campaigns, RPO transitions, market mapping); project management experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in HR/Business or related field preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years’ end-to-end recruitment experience, including experience as a recruitment lead with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven people management skills (managing recruiters and direct reports).
- Experience in filling senior and top leadership roles; support cross‑country or above‑country hiring and multicultural assignments.
- Experience working with leadership teams and influencing at senior levels in a matrixed environment.
- Hands-on recruiting background and able to act as recruiter and lead recruitment strategy simultaneously.
- Experience working with agencies or as a recruitment consultant is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative influencing skills.
- Proven use of ATS tools (Workday preferred) and strong data literacy; Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Experience with multinational/multicultural environments and above‑country hiring is desirable.
