To serve as FSD’s culinary/chef expert in the assigned region – bringing NFL’s product portfolio to life for institutional/food-service customers through trials, demonstrations and menu application support, partnering closely with the regional sales team to convert culinary credibility into sale
Principal Responsibilities
Education: Graduate Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management or Equivalent Professional Chef Training
Experience: : 4-6 years relevant experience preferred.

Principal Responsibilities
- Execute the National Culinary Experience Manager's culinary strategy and standards within the assigned region, adapting them to local institutional/food-service customer needs.
- Act as the region's dedicated chef/culinary resource, partnering closely with the ZSM and TSM to support product trials at institutional/food-service accounts.
- Plan and deliver product demonstrations, tastings and kitchen trials at customer sites that drive trial-to-purchase conversion for the region.
- Showcase the features, benefits and culinary applications of NFL's FSD product portfolio to chefs, F&B managers and purchase decision-makers.
- Develop and adapt menu applications/recipes using NFL products, tailored to the region's customer segments (QSR, hotels, airline catering, corporate/catering accounts).
- Deliver hands-on culinary/product training to customer kitchen teams and, where needed, build product knowledge within the regional sales team.
- Calculate and advise on food costing/menu economics to help institutional customers see clear commercial value in adopting NFL products.
- Gather and relay regional culinary trends, competitor product intelligence and customer feedback to National Culinary Experience Manager and Marketing/R&D to inform the innovation pipeline.
- Support key account conversions and tenders with culinary credibility – attending customer pitches, tastings and trials alongside ZSM/TSM as required.
- Maintain trial/demo kit, ingredients and equipment logistics for the region, coordinating with distributors to arrange sample stock.
- Track and report trial outcomes, conversion rates and culinary engagement activity for the region against agreed plans.
- Ensure all demonstrations, trials and customer-facing culinary activity comply with food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional culinary/hospitality institutes and industry associations to strengthen NFL's culinary credibility and talent pipeline.
- Represent NFL/FSD as a culinary brand ambassador at regional trade shows, exhibitions and customer events.
- Escalate region-specific culinary/product feedback and competitive intelligence to National Culinary Experience Manager with recommended actions.
