Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience As An RSM.
Minimum 7 years of overall sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned region.
Monitor sales performance and drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
