Regional Sales Manager South

PARCO is seeking applications for the following position for its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd. PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan having countrywide presence. The position is planned for Industrial & Commercial Division of the Company.

Qualification & Competencies:

• Candidate should possess BBA/MBA Degree in Marketing from HEC recognized University preferably with bachelor’s degree in engineering in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Industrial from HEC recognized university (with valid registration as Engineer with PEC).
• The candidate should have technical knowledge of fuel applications in various industrial processes and familiar with equipment and technologies involved in fuel consumption. Experience of fuel sales in a B2B setup is pre-requisite.
• Must have strong management & decision-making skills.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in reputed companies out of which 3 to 4 years should be in a leadership position in marketing and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the budgeted sales & revenue targets are met through customers.
• Lead the Sales team in the region for new customer creation/segment that is sustainable and profitable for the business.
• Maintain a long term strategic relationship with the key customer accounts and ensure all active customers are attended by the sales team effectively.
• Ensure that company’s investment(s) is met timely, by keeping a track on effective utilization of company’s installation of customer’s sites for meeting the projected sales volume.
• Keep a close eye on the competition moves through effective market intelligence measures.
• Ensure that all customers related complaints are resolved amicably and professionally.
• Responsible to maintain the operating costs of region within the budget.
• Keep abreast with the statutory requirement affecting the LPG business.
• Maintains highest standards of HSE Policy implementation for customers.
